BG Schools utilizes an online payment system called PaySchools Central. This system is more cost-effective, has advanced features, and is convenient for our parents to use. Parents/guardians will be required to create an account with PaySchools Central in order to submit online payments. The site can be accessed via an online portal or via a convenient mobile app. For more information, go to our PaySchools Central webpage at https://www.bgcs.k12.oh.us/parents/payschools
Parents and guardians of students who utilize our transportation services can download and use the updated My Ride K-12 app for the 2024-2025 school year. The Traversa Ride 360 app that Bowling Green City Schools used last school year is now retired. For more information, links to download the app and instructions: https://www.bgcs.k12.oh.us/district/transportation/myridek12
Parents can access their child's secure data for bus stop location, route, and pick up and drop times. The app also allows push notifications from the Transportation Department to inform parents of delays, changes in bus assignments, and other important information.
This new app, My Ride K-12, can be downloaded in the Apple and Android app stores. You will need to download the new app to access updated transportation information for your student(s). Go on the link above and click on the Apple or Google Play buttons in the column to the right.
If you used the Ride 360 app in the 2023-24 school year, your username and password from Ride 360 will carry over into My Ride K-12. Additionally, you can use your existing login information to access a web version of My Ride K-12 at myridek12.tylerapp.com. Once you have completed the download and have logged in to the new app, you can delete Ride 360 from your device.
If you did not use the Ride 360 app last year, then you will need to sign up to create an account. See the instructions at the link above to learn how to sign up for the My Ride K-12 app.
Route and other information for the 2024-2025 school year will be live starting on August 1, 2024.
